EYEXAM of California, Inc. accepts most major insurance plans, including EyeMed Vision Care®. Vision benefits and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) dollars can cover some of the costs associated with an eye exam, including your new eyeglasses, contacts, or even prescription sunglasses. To determine what your insurance covers, visit your provider's website or speak with an EYEXAM associate. If you are eligible for Medicare benefits, EYEXAM of California Inc. will complete your Medicare insurance forms and assist you in submitting your vision claim.
